My name is Trent, and I am here to say hello to everyone on the forums.

I work in IT, but one of the things I absolutely love to do is bake (and cook). I have a multitude of cookbooks at home and I love to search through them and find new recipes to try. I have a natural knack for cooking and nothing I've tried, thus far, has turned out terrible.

I also get recipes from my family and girl, which I also love to try.
