Irish-inspired bread recipes?

I'm having my family over for an Irish themed feast. It's to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. I've found a few recipes for traditional Irish soda breads, but was wondering if anyone had some other suggestions for something a little different? It has to be relatively easy to prepare because I'll have lots of other cooking to do! Even a good recipe that I could make a day or two ahead of time would work.
