Mini fraisiers

I made these ones a while ago, but am currently in the middle of making another batch! Made using gluten-free sponge left over from another cake bake.

Lemon creme mousseline; pistachio ganache, and strawberry macaron. A little twist on the great classic Fraisier! My recipe is:

That look so incredibly pretty! What a nice way to use leftover sponge cake!!! I must say you have a very special talent for decoration, you made those fraisers look so beautiful and elegant. I wish I had that kind of vision and talent to do that with my baked goods :)

Thank you all. There is something so incredibly relaxing about small-scale bakes like these fraisiers: lost in my own little world!
