I made a mistake yesterday in buying a pack of muffins. I didn't read the label and just picked it up when I saw that the price tag is affordable to me. The 6-pack costs just $5 and with those big muffins, that's a pretty good bargain. However, when I came to the cashier, I was surprised to know that the muffins were on a bargain of buy-1-take-1 scheme. And what could I do when the cashier had already swiped it. My only choice was to get another pack for free. Now, how do we finish these 12 big muffins when there are only 3 people in the house?

You could freeze some of them, and take them out and thaw them when you want to.

I was going to say freeze them too! A lot of muffins tend to do pretty well with freezing! Either that or I would gift some to my neighbors or friends if they live nearby! Baked treats are always nice to receive!

I was going to say let each person have three each....sorry four:). What's the worse that could happen? I am just kidding. The freezer idea seems like a good one.
