This kind of bread is difficult to pronounce so I warn you not to try, hahahaaah. But seriously, this enseymada is soft bread like a croissant but with sweetness and a topping of butter, sugar and cheese. Particularly the Muhlach enseymada which is a trade mark of the best enseymada in town, I would never hesitate to buy despite the price which is more expensive than the ordinary cheese-topped enseymada.

I had never heard of it before, it really sounds good and delicious, do you have the recipe around? can you share it? Thank you in advance.
