Not a baker, but need your expertise please. Do I need to refrigerate a Bailey's Poke Cake?

Want to make it for Father's Day and hide it, but don't know if it needs refrigeration. Please advise. Here are the ingredients:

Devils Food premade cake mix
FOR THE FILLING
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. Baileys
FOR THE FROSTING
premade can of chocolate frosting
1/2 c. Baileys
Chocolate curls, for garnish

You can store cake out of the fridge for a few days, just make sure that the cake is completely covered in frosting to prevent it from drying out and put it in an airtight container if you have one big enough. Try and store it somewhere cool too.

@Becky’s advice is correct.

The general rules on cake storage are based on the ingredients.

Cake without fruit or cream fillings may be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Cake iced with a shortening based icing may be stored at room temperature up to 3 days.

Cake iced with a meringue (egg) buttercream may be stored at room temperature up to 2 days IF THE EGG IS PROPERLY PASTEURIZED when making the meringue.

Cake with fruit in the filling or batter must be refrigerate REGARDLESS of the type of icing used to decorate the outside of the cake.

Cake with a cream filling must be refrigerated REGARDLESS of the type of icing used to decorate the outside of the cake.

If using fresh fruit, especially berries like strawberries and raspberries, in between layers, you must refrigerate AND eat within 48 hours. The moisture combined with even a tiny bit of air around the berries will promote mold growth faster than you can imagine.
