Recipes with buttermilk biscuits

Hi everyone! Does anyone have a good recipe I can make using buttermilk biscuits? It can be breakfast, lunch or dinner. I would like to use it as a base or topping for a dish. I may end up taking it to a retirement party if it turns out yummy.
