Very easy... I made a sour cream vanilla cake, added a can of apple pie filling, but cut the apple pieces small. I added vanilla, cinnamon, some butter, some brown sugar, and about 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (give or take). It turned out delicious. It was so moist!

I made a huge platter of sugarfree cookies once for a banquet about 10 years ago. Everyone said they could not tell the difference. But I had used a product that they no longer make. It was measured just like sugar and did not have a chemical taste that a lot of substitutes have. It came in granulated and brown. Also, Suzanne Sommers used to make a great substitute. What did you use?

I made SO MANY THINGS with the SomerSweet, none of its ingredients were Banned so I have yet to figure out why she had to stop making it. Another interesting sweetener line is WheyLow, they have Granulated, a Granulated specifically developed for diabetics, Powdered sugar, Brown sugar, one developed just for making Ice Cream, and a Maple one that works great in granular form or as a syrup. All have a very low glycemic index and taste really good!

Some new cookies. Orders for cookies have slowed down for the summer, but hoping it picks up soon. Getting more orders for cupcakes and other desserts though. Cookies are Trolls, Paw Patrol, school, and furniture that's in the showroom where I work.

People are very nostalgic and sentimental. Your cookies or not just cookies, they are so much more as they commemorate significant moments in people’s lives. There’s nothing generic in your cookies.

Thanks so much! I work very hard on these, but I really can't charge what they're worth... no one would buy them. lol Good thing I enjoy a good challenge. Just made more tonight...

I know. That's why they call starving artists. lol I was a freelance artist and writer for many years, but it's always feast or famine. Same with cookies except I can eat those. lol

You need to find a way to advertise your products in big markets like New York where there’s more people with lots of disposable income. The good thing about your cookies is they have a longer shelf life and they can be shipped.
