Today is St Lucia's Day, and I have made some St Lucia Buns

And here's how they turned out! I left them in the oven a little too long, but they were very tasty
If you're wondering why I only baked four, the rest of the dough in the freezer! They are best on the day you bake them, so I thought it best to save some dough.
