Upside Down Cake

Does anyone have any tips or a good recipe for a upside down cake? I have attempted to make one before but it did not come out the way I would have liked it to. Can anyone help?

What kind of cake do you want to make? Classic pineapple? Cherry? Simple cinnamon? Something crazy?
