biscotti like a bakery. What I mean is the top coating. It looks. like the flaky top like a brownie has? Also a good recipe would help
Then just leave the top dry. I don't glaze them but do wet my hands to shape the logs, it produces a glaze just from being damp.The recipe looks good will try it but they did not have the bakery tops that I am looking to get. I have tried the egg white top and whole egg still not what I am looking for.
