Bread is rising

I got up and got the bread going, it's rising now, so I'm off to the garden. Still working on the cool weather crops but can't wait to get the zucchini going. I've got a hankering for some fresh zucchini bread.

Zucchini bread has to be one of my favorite breads to make, it is so good! When I was in college my roommate and I would make it all the time, and it would be gone in one day some of the time, haha. You're lucky you'll have fresh zucchini to make it with!

It'll be a few months before I have the zucchini. The seeds aren't even in the ground yet. Waiting for the weather to warm up a bit.
