I just got a bunch of BWB molds I was told they were so much easier than silicone and they are except, I cannot get my chocolate out!

The first time the came effortlessly out with the silicone liner. The last 3 batches are trashed, I had to just melt them under hot water to get it out of my molds :(

White , milk or dark?
What shapes are you molding?

I am making spheres, I do think part of the problem is that I was overheating my chocolate because some of the chocolate was coming out rubbery. I'm using real callebaut milk chocolate.

For some reason most of the chocolate was coming out rubbery, even when I feel like I definitely wasn't over heating it. Can anything else cause that?

The problem is your tempering technique, milk chocolate is slightly more finicky than dark choc.
Done correctly , it will shrink and fall from the mold, I use a large chrome sphere mold , never a problem.
