Hi all.
I need to make chocolate decorations on a cake. A 50 in chocolate (standing) and choc swirls behind.
My main concern is the chocolate melting as it has a 40min drive amd needs to be assembled before it leaves.
I will use dark chocolate but what can I do to prevent it from melting
