Experimental baker from SC

Hi, I googled "baking forum" on a whim and here I am. I used to work in a cupcake bakery, but I wanted to learn healthier baking. I love experimenting with different home ground flours (from einkorn to teff), different sweeteners (just bought a package of lucuma powder. Now what do I do with it?), and other ingredients. Quick breads and waffles are my staples, though I'm working on branching out.
I also love to garden, and my favorite baked goods incorporate homegrown fruits, veggies, and herbs.
