Forget baking powder?

Hi there,
I just made a zucchini bundt cake tonight and forgot baking powder. The thing tastes like I didn't even cook it. I'm wondering if I should just throw the whole thing away or if it is able to be salvaged?

Oops, these things happen! The only thing I can think of is that you might be able to blitz it to crumbs in a food processor and mix it with icing to make cake pops... not tried it myself but it could work!
