Good Morning Forum: I have an excess of Zucchini this year. My freezer is full of zucchini bread so I want to freeze my excess zucchinis for the winter. My question is: Do I need to extract the moisture from the zucchini or can I just shred the zucchini and put it in zip lock bags ??.
