I tried making macarons, but each batch came out with no have feet. Does putting my cookie sheet in the fridge help with my problem? I live in the tropics btw. Thanks for your help.

It sounds like humidity might be causing your macaron feet issues. Try letting your piped macarons rest for at least 30 minutes before baking to form a skin. Make sure to sift your almond flour and powdered sugar to avoid lumps, and check that your oven is at the right temperature. If you're in a humid climate, consider using a dehumidifier or air conditioner to reduce moisture, as this can help improve your results. Putting your cookie sheet in the fridge might help with spreading but is less likely to solve the feet problem directly.
