Hi All,
Quite new to baking... loving it ! I guess its good that I'm not really upset when things don't work, it seems to be a prerequisite to becoming a successful baker... right ?
Just posted a new thread on using canned peaches in peach blueberry pie. I used them foe a "Lee Bailey" peach cobbler and it was good. I know baking purists would scoff at this but I used what I had. I'm sure I'll be on the forum often as I am anxious to learn some of the skills !
