Hi I'm Albie,

I've just discovered baking at home starting with pizza and bread, but after watching the British Baking Show I've got bit by the baking bug! Now I'm starting to bake biscuits and I want to bake even more. I'm a beginner so I've come here to seek advice etc as needed.

I don’t own a television so I’ve never seen the British Bake Off. But I love that they inspired so my bakers.

Bread is the holy grail of baking. Bakers devote a lifetime in pursuit of the perfect loaf.
