White Chocolate

I was just curious to know what white chocolate is made of? Are there actually white coco beans or do the dark beans some how go through a bleaching process lol?

Chocolate is made up of cocoa solids and cocoa butter, and cocoa solids are the dark brown flavoursome part of chocolate. When you see 'dark chocolate 70%' the percentage refers to the cocoa solids. White chocolate on the other hand does not have any cocoa solids at all, just cocoa butter. No bleaching, just fat!
