Summer Brownies! White Chocolate and Strawberries!!

Hey everyone! I made my own recipe for summer brownies they're white chocolate brownies (blondies) with a sweet strawberry mascarpone filling I'l post all the ingredients below. I made a video on how to make it so if any of you are interested I'll post that as well

Ingredients:
250g White Chocolate
160g Sugar
3 eggs
145g Flour
2 Tablespoons Mascarpone Cheese
4/5 Strawberries (chopped)

To Decorate:
Melted White Chocolate
Melted Milk/Dark Chocolate
Extra Strawberries
Icing Sugar

They're super easy to make as well! I was really surprised when I was coming up with something and I was sure I was doing something wrong!
