Flourless Chocolate cake fast bake

I am stumped I have a flourless chocolate cake recipe that I've been working on and I and trying to make it a fast bake time the goal is to get to bake in 10 mins. Any trick or tips anybody has is helpful thank you.

commercial convection 425F , in a water bath if necessary, it depends on the mass.
By water bath I just mean 1/8 th inch of water on a sheet tray.
