I made one at the weekend! To help roll it up, I made a score along the edge which was going to be rolled into the middle using a sharp knife - about an inch from the edge and don't cut all the way through - it helps start it off. Also after taking off the baking parchment, I placed it back on the parchment and rolled it up - parchment and all. This roll was done while it was still warm and I left it for a minute to 'remember' the shape, and then I unrolled it to cool down a bit. Once I'd added the filling I rolled it back up and it looked pretty good!
