If your looking for a sandwich loaf made with yeast I would recommend King Arthur Flour recipe

If you are using a sourdough starter and prefer a more dense traditional rye bread then either the recipe on the Perfect Loaf or The Weekend Bakery. And even if you’re not going to use a sourdough starter, these two websites are great for learning the fundamentals of bread. And speaking of sourdough I just remembered I friend of mine is supposed to bring me over some sourdough starter. So I need to think about what I’m going to make with it.
